Mike Sarraille is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL and Special Operations leader who spent more than 20 years serving in the U.S. military, including with some of America's most elite special operations units.
During his career, Mike served as a Navy SEAL officer and later with the highly selective Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), completing multiple combat deployments around the world. His experiences taught him powerful lessons about leadership, teamwork, resilience, preparation, and making difficult decisions under pressure.
After retiring from the military, Mike turned those lessons into a new mission: helping others become better leaders and teammates. He is the author of books including The Talent War and The Everyday Warrior and has worked with businesses, athletes, and organizations on developing strong teams and reaching their potential.
Mike has also participated in challenging expeditions and adventures, demonstrating that the principles he learned in Special Operations can apply far beyond the military.
