Dr. Eithne Knappitsch is an educator, researcher, and Professor of Intercultural Management at Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Austria. Originally from Ireland, she has dedicated her career to helping people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds communicate, collaborate, and learn from one another.
Dr. Knappitsch is also a co-founder of the Global Case Study Challenge, an international educational initiative that brings students from around the world together to solve real-world problems while developing teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. Her work explores how technology, artificial intelligence, and virtual collaboration are changing the way people learn and work across borders.
Through her teaching, research, and international projects, Dr. Knappitsch encourages young people to embrace cultural differences, think globally, and develop the skills needed to succeed in an increasingly connected world. Her journey demonstrates that curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to work with others can create opportunities far beyond your own community.
