Rebeca León is the CEO and Founder of Lionfish Entertainment, an artist management and production company operating in the music, film, TV and digital businesses. In 2019, Rebeca opened a Film/TV production studio, where her focus is to develop content that borrows from her experiences from the music world to tell relevant stories that intersect across cultures and languages, Lionfish Studios, with which she closed a content deal with Sony Music last year. Currently, she is working in the development of different projects with major players in the industry such as HBO, Fifth Season, Gunpowder & Sky amongst others. In early 2022 she was the co-producer of the Father of The Bride remake starring Andy Garcia. Lionfish Entertainment currently represents international nightlife collective Bresh (La fiesta más linda del mundo) and rising star St. Pedro. Previously as a manager, Rebeca worked with renowned Latin acts, including overseeing the longtime preeminence of Juanes, the rise of pioneering urban superstar J Balvin and the global phenomenon Rosalia, before Lionfish, Rebeca spent eleven years in the touring business, running Latin operations as SVP for AEG/Goldenvoice. Prior to touring Rebeca earned her stripes labels between EMI and Sony Music, where she started her career as an assistant. Rebeca currently resides in Miami Beach with her three dogs; Sookie, Olivia, and Biggie.
